Terms of Use

1. The service

Myke the Drop publishes news and content about movies, TV, anime, comics and games, in Portuguese and English. Reading is open and free. To comment, you need to create an account, which is also free.

2. Your account

• Provide truthful information and keep your email up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account.
• Children under 12 should not create an account. Teenagers need the knowledge and permission of their parents or guardians.
• You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time through the contact page.

3. Comment rules

Comments are public. You may not post:

• insults, threats, harassment or personal attacks;
• hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other condition;
• sexually explicit, violent or illegal content;
• links to or tips about piracy (illegal downloads, unauthorized streaming, cracks etc.);
• spam, unauthorized advertising, scams or malicious links;
• other people's personal data, such as phone numbers, addresses or documents;
• major spoilers without a warning. If you are going to talk about the ending, warn people first. The community thanks you.

You remain the author of what you comment and are responsible for its content. By posting, you allow us to display the comment on the site at no cost. A post's comments appear on both its Portuguese and English versions.

4. Moderation

To keep the space healthy, the Myke the Drop team may, without prior notice:

• hide or remove comments that violate these terms;
• prevent an account from commenting, in case of serious or repeated violations.

If you think moderation got it wrong, talk to us and the decision will be reviewed.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, brand and look of Myke the Drop are protected by copyright. You may share links and quote excerpts with credit and a link to the original post, but you may not copy the entire content to another site.

Images from movies, series, anime, comics and games belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and journalistic purposes. If you own any content and want to request credit or removal, use the contact page with the subject “Copyright”, including the post link and the material in question.

6. Third-party links and content

Posts may include links and videos from other sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Sponsored content, if any, will be labeled as advertising.

7. Notifications

If you turn on notifications, you will receive alerts about new posts in your browser. You can turn them off at any time with the bell button or in your browser settings.

8. Liability

We do our best to publish accurate information and keep the site online, but entertainment news moves fast: dates, casts and announcements may be changed by studios after publication. The site is provided as is, and there may be interruptions for maintenance or due to technical problems.

9. Privacy

How we process your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page, and important changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you agree to the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework (Marco Civil da Internet), the LGPD and the Consumer Protection Code.
